Those who want to start their own business or lead and manage their own families and organizations can step up to the plate through the Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship Program, more popular known as the LSE Program, a project of the PBC Dubai in cooperation with the Philippine Consulate General, POLO and OWWA. The 12- session certificate course from the Ateneo School of Government has three modules – Leadership, Financial Literacy and Social Entrepreneurship.

The growth of LSE is very organic.  It started modestly with a small group coming together on behalf of the Ateneo School of Government – Jasper Adviento, Ella Cordero, Milen Aviles, Armand Fernandez and Eloi Francisco.  In the past three years since its launch, however, LSE Dubai has already helped over a hundred graduates, a significant number of whom have been able to establish their own enterprises after the course.

Apart from industry networking activities, the PBC Dubai also hosts brief workshops and seminars throughout the year to provide continued professional learning opportunities for its members.
